Crisp - Screen Sharing & Conferencing - Quickstart

The Screen Sharing & Conferencing app for Crisp is self-explanatory!

It's also very simple to use:

1. Navigate to any active conversation.
   
   
2. Look for the app on the right side (you can re-order apps) and click "Start meeting".
   
   
   
   
3. We recommend clicking the button "Open in new tab" (first one) - otherwise screen sharing may be blocked.
   
   
   
   
4. A new meeting will start automatically. You can now share the link with the customer.
   
   
   
   
5. Many options are available, notably video/audio, screen sharing, recording, file sharing and whiteboard.
