Question - What factors are affecting the performance of the app?
The overall performance of the app mostly relies on OpenAI's ability to process and return requests as fast as it can.
There are four (4) major factors impacting the performance negatively by order of importance:
- Location distance: The further your product instance is from OpenAI servers (US-Ohio).
- Model choice: The more people use the same model (gpt-3.5-turbo, gpt-4, etc.).
- Text length: The more characters the ticket conversation has.
- Language: The ticket conversation and the request are in different languages.
